The post with no name

I have no idea where to begin here. Lots and lots of things running through my mind. That is a dangerous thing!!

I've got a peanut butter cake cooling on the counter to take to work tomorrow. I plan to eat a lot of it.

A girl I work with brought no bake cookies to work today. I ate a lot of them.

They had my favorite pizza on the pizza buffet on Monday. I ate a lot of it.

I was hungry for hot dogs and mac and cheese. I fixed it for dinner last night. I ate a lot of it.

I baked awesome zucchini bread. I ate a lot of it.

Sensing a trend here?

I gained some pounds at my WI on Thursday. A lot of them! 5 to be exact.

Has the madness stopped? Nope.

Will it? Yep.

Do I know when? Nope.

Have I exercised in the last month or more? Nope.

Will I? Yep.

Do I know when? Nope.

Sighhh just when I thought I had it down pat.

  1. STOP IT!!! That is not just for you, but me too! I've been totally eating a lot of stuff. Gotta control my flesh! Good luck!

  2. Well, emotional eating could be a pain in a butt. But remember, you can always eat cake everyday, but choosing not too which makes all the difference. You have power over those foods but they have nothing over you. Good luck!

  3. You pretty much summed up my entire summer in one nameless blog post.

  4. Hang in there Debby! I've been there, done that and gained a LOT more than 5 pounds in the process to show for you. You CAN do this!

  5. Debby, we all go through trials and tribulations on our weight loss journey. I know you can turn it around, take baby steps. I am glad you put the weight loss ticker on your page, I stole it from someone else too, so don't feel bad.

  6. We never really truly have it down to a science do we?

  7. All right woman!!! Get your butt back on the horse with me here! You've had your fun.

  8. You guys are all great! TY for the advice!

  9. I had a horrible eating weekend too and I'm up 1-2 kg :( But I think honesty is a good first step? heehehehee

Here's to us getting back with the program!!
